Our mission is to deliver conscientious, compassionate support to establish a solid recovery foundation, helping in their personal transition to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle. 

Our vision is to see men develop a recovery network, rebuild relationships with their loved ones and their communities. Our Alumni Association will provide continued support to our residents who have completed the program and opportunities for alumni to give back to the Step 3 community. We do our work with understanding, compassion, and expertise, we strive to recognize and support each resident’s individual needs.
